Peppermint is good for so many things! It's beneficial to the circulatory system and feels so wonderful on tired feet. Use a carrier oil to mix with the peppermint if it's too strong to put directly on the skin. Almond, grapeseed, or olive oil will work nicely.
Peppermint is also good for getting rid of mice and spiders. Soak cotton balls and place around in problem spots to keep mice away. To get rid of spiders mix the peppermint oil with water in a spray bottle and spray around the areas where you see spiders.
Use directly on skin or mix with almond, grapeseed, or olive oil if it irritates skin. Sprinkle a few drops in bathwater or in jacuzzi.
Room Spray: Use several drops of EO (essential oil) to 1 cup of purified water. Put in spray bottle and shake before each use. The mist atomizes a micro fine mist into the air where it can remain suspended for several hours.
Inhalation: Place several drops of EO into the palm of hands rub hand together. Cup your hands together over nose and mouth and inhale deeply (do not touch your eyes) Wear on wrist and breathe in the fragrance throughout the day. Add to hot water and inhale vapor (use towel if desired).
