Lavender is a natural relaxant and is helpful for promoting sleep, reducing stress, and relieving headache pain. It can also promote tissue regeneration and is anti-inflammatory.
Use directly on skin or mix with almond, grapeseed, or olive oil if it irritates skin. Sprinkle a few drops in bathwater or in jacuzzi.
Room Spray: Use several drops of EO (essential oil) to 1 cup of purified water. Put in spray bottle and shake before each use. The mist atomizes a micro fine mist into the air where it can remain suspended for several hours.
Inhalation: Place several drops of EO into the palm of hands rub hand together. Cup your hands together over nose and mouth and inhale deeply (do not touch your eyes) Wear on wrist and breathe in the fragrance throughout the day. Add to hot water and inhale vapor (use towel if desired).
